Booking
Booking courses should be done by phone, online, email or in person. Courses cannot
be booked without paying the full fee.
Cancellations and Refund
Courses need a minimum number of learners to run and will be cancelled by us if
too few bookings are made. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses, change
course location and substitute tutors. We aim to give at least 3 days notice if
a course is to be cancelled. If we cancel a course you have the option of transferring
to another course, if available, or have a full refund which we will return as soon
as possible. We will not be liable for any losses arising as a consequence of any
modification or cancellation of courses other than the course cost.
You may cancel your place 2 weeks prior to the course start date and be entitled
to a full refund less an administrative charge of £20. If you cancel your place
within 2 weeks you will not be entitled to a refund unless a replacement student
can be found for your place. If a replacement student is found prior to the course
start date, you will be entitled to a full refund less an administrative charge
of £20.
If you unfortunately cannot attend a course on the day due to sickness you must contact us to let us know a minimum of 1 hour prior to your start time preferably by calling us or by email, we will allow you to transfer on to another date free of charge. We may ask you to provide us any document to proof of your sickness. Failure to aware us, you will be charged £50 to transfer on to another date. No refunds will be provided in this case.
No refund will be provided for not attending a course without discussing with us.
Transfers
You can transfer to another course up to 2 weeks prior to the course start. There
is a £10 charge for each transfer. You may transfer your place to another suitable
student up to one week before the course start date. This must be done in writing.
Advertised Tutors and Courses
There will be times where the advertised tutor will not be available to run the
course. This could be due to sickness, other professional engagements or un-forseen
circumstances and the course date could be changed. If any student is unable to
attend on the new course date, he/she will be provided full refund.
Changes to course content may occur without notice, primarily this is to benefit
the student.
Certificates
We provide certificate of completion at the end of each course. You must need to attend all your training sessions and complete your project if applicable.
If you have lost your certificate, or need another copy of your certificate, we can issue you with a duplicate certificate for £10. If you provide us your name correctly but we make any spelling mistake on the certificate then we'll provide you a replacement certificate for free. You can either collect the replacement certificate from our office or we can post you to your preferred address.

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in the following way:

If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
