General Questions

Our courses are open to everyone, including individuals, professionals, and students. However, please note that we do not provide visa-related letters. You must be legally eligible to study in the UK to attend.
If you are unsure of your requirements, please get in touch. We are happy to discuss your goals and help you choose the right course. Detailed course outlines are also available on our courses page.
Basic computing knowledge means you should know how to operate a computer, create and edit documents, and save files. Familiarity with MS Word and basic MS Excel typically fulfills this prerequisite.
If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible. You can view our full policy on attendance and cancellations in our Terms and Conditions.
Refreshments are provided for all courses lasting one day or longer. While we do not provide meals, we have a kitchen with a microwave if you wish to bring your lunch, and there are many dining options near the center.
Free street parking can often be found nearby on Sundays. We recommend looking near the police station (E15 4SG) or School21 (E15 4RZ), both within a 5-10 minute walk of our training center.
Yes, we provide laptops for students to use during the sessions. These are pre-loaded with all the necessary software for your specific course.
Absolutely. If you choose to use your own device, please ensure you have the required software installed. Contact us if you need clarification on which software is needed for your course.

Fees and Payment

Yes. Cheques should be made payable to London Academy of IT Ltd and crossed 'A/C payee only'. Please mail them to: Unit 15, Boardman House, 64 Broadway, Stratford, London E15 1NT. We do not accept post-dated cheques.

Refunds are available if you notify us at least two weeks before the course start date. Please note that a £20 admin charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
