Course Overview

Microsoft Copilot Studio & AI Agents for Business is a practical 6-hour instructor-led course designed to help business users and technology professionals create AI-powered agents using Microsoft's low-code Copilot Studio platform. Participants will learn how to design an agent for a business requirement, define instructions, connect organisational knowledge, create conversational topics, use generative AI, and enable agents to perform actions through connectors and workflows. Learners will also explore how agents can work with sources such as websites, documents, SharePoint and business data.

Through hands-on exercises and a practical project, learners will build, test and publish a working business AI agent and learn how to monitor its performance and improve its responses. No traditional programming experience is required.

Requirements

No previous experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or AI agent development is required.

Participants should have basic computer skills and be comfortable using common workplace applications such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook or similar business software.

No traditional programming experience is required. Familiarity with business processes, workflow automation or generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT can be helpful but is not essential.

Learners will need access to an appropriate Microsoft Copilot Studio environment. Available features, connectors, knowledge sources and usage may depend on the organisation's Microsoft environment, permissions and licensing.
