1. How long it takes to build a website?

It completely depends on your requirements. Creating a 50-page website takes longer to build than a smaller 8-page website. Usually, we can deliver an 8-page website within two weeks whereas a large project may take a few months to complete.

2. Do we need to meet face to face before starting a project?

We’re always happy to meet up with local clients to discuss a project in person. However, if it is not possible, then we’ll communicate on a phone, Skype, Zoom at a time that suits you.

3. How much does a website cost?

Each website is different and our costs are based on your exact requirements. Once we know what you need, we’ll provide you with a transparent, no-obligation quote so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Roughly an 8-page business website costs around £500.

4. What is Learning Management System (LMS)?

Learning Management System or LMS is a favourite route for most organisations regarding online corporate training. It simplifies the process of training and evaluation of employees and helps in keeping track of their progress.

5. Do you offer ongoing support once a website is launched?

Yes, if you need our help with web support and maintenance, then we’ll be here for you.

6. Are there any other costs for my website beside the development cost?

7. What are the payment terms for the design and development of my website?

We ask for a 20% upfront with 40% payable after the designs are agreed and the outstanding 40% payable 30 days after this.

8. Who will host my website?

Generally, we’ll manage the hosting for you so you don’t need to do anything. Each website is hosted and managed individually to avoid any security issues.

9. Do you provide website hosting?

Yes, all of our websites come with hosting which is fully managed by ourselves.

10. Can I update my website myself once it is live?

Of course. We use an easy to use content management system called WordPress so you can add edit and delete content without paying us to do it for you. We can also arrange training for you to teach you how to do it.

If you do not have the time to update your website then we also offer a regular website maintenance service.

Mobile App Development

1. What are the platforms on which you develop apps?

We provide native mobile app development solutions on both iOS and Android. We also offer hybrid/cross-platform mobile app development solutions.

2. What is the average duration of the process?

On average, it takes three weeks to create an app. Usually, the duration of the process depends on the complexity of the app and the features that you want in the app.

3. Will we be able to accept fees directly from the app?

Yes, if you want then we can integrate various payment gateways in the app for you. With this, parents can easily pay the fees online and you can receive the same direction in your bank account.

4. Will you support me after my app gets live in the Apple App Store?

Yes, we offer a 3-month free technical support to all our clients post-launch of the applications. We will help you with any technical issues or problems that you may face afterward and will ensure that the app runs smoothly.

5. Can I request any change or modification in my app after launch?
