Because of the ongoing unforeseen situation as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19), We are providing you an update of the actions we are taking in response to the outbreak. We have been closely following the advice of Public Health England and World Health Organisation.
Online training facility
If you are unable or don’t want to attend a face-to-face class, you can now join the class from home through Internet. You need to inform us if you want to join a course online and we’ll provide you further instructions about it. If any of our tutor is unable to provide training in classroom, we may deliver the class online. Also, we’ll be gradually offering more and more online and on-demand courses in coming days and months.
Cancellation and transfer
We are waiving cancelation and transfer fees for existing and new course bookings until further notice. If you want to transfer your booking to a different date and there is a difference in fees, you’ll need to pay this though.
If we required to cancel any face-to-face classes due to local authority or government guidance or illness of our tutor, you will be able to transfer to an alternative date free of charge or receive a refund. We may deliver any cancelled class online instead of face-to-face wherever possible.
Keeping our classrooms clean
The classrooms, laptops and desk are regularly cleaned prior of each class. Soap to wash hands is available in our toilets and hand sanitiser is available in our classrooms. We have made a major change at our in-class refreshment section too. We have replaced all open sugar, tea, biscuits with sticks, enveloped tea bags and individually plastic wrapped biscuits.
We will be checking the situation and follow direction given by the UK government and will take actions to protect our students and our teams from COVID-19.
