Booking Policy
Course bookings can be made via telephone, email, online through our website, or in person at our training centre.
Please note that a booking is only considered confirmed once the full course fee has been received by the Academy.
Online Training
For all online and virtual classroom courses, students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the required software installed prior to the session.
London Academy of IT is not liable for technical issues arising from the student's hardware or internet service provider.
1-to-1 Training
1-to-1 training sessions offer flexible scheduling; however, any request to reschedule a session must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of that session's fee.
Corporate & Onsite Training
For onsite training at a client's premises, the client must provide a suitable training environment and necessary hardware.
Any additional travel and subsistence expenses incurred by our trainers for onsite visits will be invoiced to the client separately, as agreed upon during the booking process.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Instructor-led virtual and physical classroom courses require a minimum number of participants to proceed.
The Academy reserves the right to amend or cancel courses, change locations, and substitute tutors as necessary.
Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 2 weeks prior to the course start date for a full refund, subject to a £20 administrative fee.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers
Course Transfers: Requests to transfer to a different course are permitted up to 2 weeks before the start date, subject to a £10 transfer fee.
Student Substitutions: You may transfer your place to another student at no additional cost, provided you provide written notice at least one week before the course commences.
Advertised Tutors and Courses
There will be times where the advertised tutor will not be available to run the course. This could be due to sickness, other professional engagements or un-forseen circumstances and the course date could be changed.
If any student is unable to attend on the new course date, he/she will be provided a full refund.
Changes to course content may occur without notice; primarily, this is done to benefit the student's learning experience.
