Course Overview

This hands-on course is designed for absolute beginners who want to become confident in using a computer and essential digital tools. You’ll gain practical skills to operate a PC, browse and search the internet, install and use software, and work with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to write a formal letter, create a simple spreadsheet, prepare a presentation, send and manage emails, and participate in online meetings using Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Whether for personal use, study, or preparing for employment, this course offers a practical introduction to everyday computer and IT skills.
